  • 5lbs-Fresh fava beans

  • 8ea-Shallots

  • Jalapeno peppers

  • 12ea-Roma tomatoes

  • Fresh thyme

  • Fresh Italian parsley

  • 8 blubs-Fresh garlic

  • 2lbs-Thick apple wood bacon

  • Un-salted butter

  • Extra virgin olive oil
